ME.DO, Doctors at Home in Milan since 2025

ME.DO started from a contradiction we kept noticing. Almost anything can be delivered to your door with a click, yet to see a doctor we still have to deal with queues, waiting rooms and travel, often for problems that could be handled at home.

We believe the healthcare system can and should be rethought to fit what people actually need.

and we decided to be part of that change.

Innovation in healthcare doesn't have to mean complex technology. Often it simply means better organisation. Our starting point is simple: bring qualified medical expertise to where people feel most at ease, and remove the obstacles between patients and the care they need.

We are not here to replace the public health service but to work alongside it. We want private medical care to be a practical option for many people, not a privilege for a few: working families, parents with young children, older people, anyone who values their time and their wellbeing.

We are doctors, technologists and professionals with a shared goal: making access to care more human and less bureaucratic. We work with experienced doctors who have chosen to dedicate part of their practice to this model because, like us, they believe good medicine can happen outside hospitals too.

We believe excellent medical care can be accessible without cutting corners on quality. Technology should make things simpler. Every person deserves to be treated where they feel safest. And all of this has to be sustainable, both financially and for the people involved.

We don't promise to revolutionise Italian healthcare. We offer a concrete alternative for people looking for a different way to get medical care.
